What is Mythic Mode?

Mythic Mode is a print-on-demand brand inspired by Greek mythology, modern technology, artificial intelligence, productivity and creator culture.

We create apparel, accessories and lifestyle products with a mythic-tech identity for builders, thinkers, creators and technology-minded people.

How are Mythic Mode products made?

Most Mythic Mode products are made to order through print-on-demand production partners.

This means that when you place an order, the product is produced specifically for that order and then shipped to you. We do not hold large inventory or produce unnecessary stock in advance.

How long does production take?

Production time may vary depending on the product type, order volume, production partner and season.

Most print-on-demand products are produced within a few business days, but production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your destination country, the product type, the selected shipping method and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout when available. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather or other events outside our control.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. If your order includes multiple products, they may be produced by different fulfillment partners or shipped from different locations.

This means your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been accepted and sent to production.

Do you accept returns?

Because most Mythic Mode products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, change of mind or customer ordering mistakes.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us at info@mythicmode.gr within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved after review, we may offer a replacement, reprint or refund depending on the case.

Do you offer size exchanges?

We do not normally offer exchanges for size changes because each product is made to order.

Please check the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability depends on the product, destination country and fulfillment partner.

If shipping is available to your location, the available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs, import taxes or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
