Return and Refund Policy

At Mythic Mode, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. The terms below explain how standard returns, damaged items, and refunds are handled.

United States — 30-day standard returns

For orders delivered in the United States, you may request a return of a non-defective item within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Please contact info@mythicmode.gr before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

For standard returns, the customer arranges the return shipment and pays the actual return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, return the eligible item and place a new order.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@mythicmode.gr within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, clear photos of the item and packaging, and any relevant details. If the issue is approved after review, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund. Do not return a defective or incorrect item unless we ask you to do so.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.

Customers outside the United States

For orders delivered outside the United States, contact us before returning an item. Any mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected. European Union customers may have statutory rights, including a right of withdrawal in applicable cases.
