Return and Refund Policy
At Mythic Mode, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, wrong shipping address provided by the customer, or change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@mythicmode.gr within 30 days of delivery.

If the issue is approved after review, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund, depending on the case.
Returns
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Because our products are made to order, we do not provide return shipping labels for returns caused by incorrect size selection, change of mind, wrong color selection, or customer ordering mistakes.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design changes after an order has been placed. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
European Union customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal in certain cases. However, some made-to-order, custom-made, or clearly personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection rules.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process the refund.
